Vegan, Gluten-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake Pie

- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup raw almond butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda or powder
- 1 tsp ground dark roast coffee
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or date syrup
- 1-2 tbsp powdered stevia (depending how sweet you like it)
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch pink sea salt
- unsweetened chocolate chips or chocolate crumbles
- roasted, salted, organic peanut butter (to drizzle on top)
